Privacy Policy
Effective October 4, 2026 · Operator: Vaultpump
This policy describes the information involved in wallet sign-in, token activity and operating VaultPump.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Vaultpump (“VaultPump”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you access or use the platform. For questions or privacy requests, contact aestyte@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Wallet and account information. We collect your public wallet address when you connect, proof that you control the wallet, your assigned anonymous handle, account identifiers and authentication records. We do not ask for or store your private key or recovery phrase.
Platform and transaction activity. We process deposits, withdrawals, internal balances, holdings, trades, creator vaults, token launches, comments, social links, images, vesting claims and related timestamps and status information.
Technical information. We may receive IP address, browser and device information, request logs, error reports, security events and usage information when you interact with the service.
Communications. If you contact us, we process your email address, message and any information you choose to provide.
3. Public and private information
Your anonymous handle, token details, token images and links, comments, trades and other market activity may be visible publicly. Public blockchain transactions, including transfers to or from the platform treasury, are independently visible on the Solana network.
Wallet addresses linked to user profiles are restricted from other users within VaultPump. However, anonymity cannot be guaranteed: blockchain analysis, transaction timing, external wallet use, content you post or third-party data may connect a handle or activity to a wallet or person.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and wallet sign-in; process and verify deposits, trades, vault claims and withdrawals; operate token launches and market displays; calculate fees and balances; prevent fraud, abuse and security threats; enforce rate limits and our Terms of Use; investigate errors and disputes; comply with law; communicate with you; and maintain, measure and improve the platform.
5. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, comply with legal obligations, establish or defend legal claims, and obtain consent where required. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
6. How we share information
We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, security, blockchain, RPC and transaction service providers that support the platform; with professional advisers; with authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate fraud or address security threats; and in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization or transfer of the platform. Public content and blockchain data are available to anyone. We do not sell personal information for money.
7. Blockchain and third parties
Blockchain records are public, independently controlled and generally permanent. We cannot edit or delete information recorded on Solana. Wallet providers, Raydium, RPC providers, linked websites and other third-party services process information under their own policies. Vaultpump does not control their privacy or security practices.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, maintain financial and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of record and applicable requirements. We may retain transaction, fraud-prevention and legal records after account access ends. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by us.
9. Security
We use access controls, restricted database permissions, signature verification and other safeguards designed to protect information. No system, wallet, network or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss or misuse will never occur. You are responsible for securing your device, wallet and recovery credentials.
10. International processing
The platform and its providers may process information in Nigeria and other countries whose privacy laws may differ from yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. By using the platform, you understand that information may be processed outside your country.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent or review of certain decisions, and to complain to a data-protection authority. These rights may be limited by identity verification, legal exceptions, security needs and the permanent nature of blockchain records. Send requests to aestyte@gmail.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and wallet ownership.
12. Cookies and local storage
VaultPump may use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember settings and operate the service. Third-party wallet software and linked services may use their own technologies. Browser controls can remove stored data, but doing so may sign you out or prevent features from working.
13. Children
VaultPump is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the platform, providers or law. The updated version takes effect when posted with a revised effective date. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to aestyte@gmail.com.
